To comprehensively examine differences of gene expression patterns between WT and ATG5 KO HSCs/progenitors, we isolated LSK cells and conducted the microarray analysis. Overall design: WT and ATG5 KO LSK (Lineage marker-/cKit+/Sca1+) cells were sorted by cell sorter. Total RNA was isolated from collected cells and the microarray analysis was conducted.
