资源简介:

Protected biotopes in the state of Bremen (§ 30 Federal Nature Conservation Act) In addition to the shallow protected areas, there is an abundance of important but rare habitats, often too small to classify them as a nature reserve, but too significant to leave them unprotected. Under the Federal Nature Conservation Act, these habitats are protected. In the state of Bremen, these are about 1300 rare biotopes (sometimes located within nature reserves). The legal basis is § 30 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act. The legally protected biotopes according to § 30 BNatSchG “Protected Biotopes” are entered in the Nature Conservation Book (§ 23 BremNatG) by the highest nature conservation authority Bremen. This is managed digitally as part of the nature conservation information system Bremen. The data with vector data and associated material data are continuously updated. The nature conservation authority Bremen has allowed protected biotopes to be recorded in a nationwide mapping of biotopes that are valuable for nature conservation in the years 1992 to 1995 as well as through follow-up mappings carried out in 1997 and 1998 as part of the legislative procedure for the protection of biotopes. As part of environmental monitoring, it checks these at irregular intervals and for defined subspaces in the state of Bremen. The biotopes are classified according to the mapping key for biotope types in Bremen (SKUMS 2022). The mapping key is largely identical to the mapping key for biotope types in Lower Saxony (VON DRACHENFELS 2021). The results are shown in scale 1:5000 based on the topographical map AB 5
