资源简介:
To characterize the differentially expressed genes in HUVECs between normal, hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced injury and Inulin-type oligosaccharides administration. Performing the Affymetrix Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 (HTA2.0, n=3) assay demonstrated that Hex5 exposure up-regulated genes enriched in cell cycle progression, DNA replication and repair, ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis, apoptosis, MAPK, and the IP3K-mTOR signaling pathway. Our results suggested that inulin-type oligosaccharides from the root of M.officinalis may protect against H/R-induced tissue injury Overall design: The Affymetrix Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 (HTA2.0) assay suggested that Inulin-type oligosaccharides extracting from Morinda officinalis protect human umbilical vein endothelial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced injury. Each sample had 3 biological replicates
