Allometric Trophic Network Model and ARENA Data for 'From a local descriptive to a generic predictive model of cereal aphid regulation by predators'

This dataset contains the ARENA database of 54 wheat fields. For each field, we have aphid and 13 other insect densities (predators and alternative prey), as well as meteorological data (average daily temperature). It also contains a matrix representing the food web in the 54 field, as well as a file containing the bodymasses of the various food web nodes. Finally, this data file contains the 3 versions of the allometric food web model used for the results of the article: 'From a local descriptive to a generic predictive model of cereal aphid regulation by predators' (Stell et al., 2024): the original model, the revised one and the one with MultiFields calibration.
