Land use_INSPIRE

The map contains a classification of agricultural land. There are four categories; crop rotation, permanent grasses, permanent crops and former agricultural land now excluded from agricultural activity. The map only includes the classification of agricultural land that could receive direct support under the EU’s common agricultural policy in a given year. The map is used in the administration of cases related to geographical location of agricultural land, primarily of EU area-based support schemes.
