Acoustic telemetry data for cronotypes anylis across aquatic species

This link provides access to all the datasets used in the chronotype meta-analysis. The repository contains 44 datasets in total, 18 of which were obtained through the European Tracking Network (ETN), involving 9 projects from different locations. The project names in the ETN database are: Leopoldkanaal_2012, Inforbiomares, ResMed, DAbecasis_PhD, 2010_PhD_Reubens, SkagNor, FISHGAL, paintedcommber, and JSATS-PalmaBay-2019. The remaining 26 datasets were obtained directly from collaborating researchers. All datasets correspond to acoustic telemetry data, including different types of variables: detections, depth (m), activity (m/s), and distance between consecutive positions (m). The basic structure of each dataset includes the following columns: Species: the scientific name of the species, ID: the tag identifier, DateTimeDet: date and time of the detection in UTC. Depending on the data type, additional columns are included: Depth_m for depth data (m), Activity_ms for accelerometer activity data (m/s), Distance_m for distance between consecutive positions (m).
