省药械采购中心组织多种形式的药械产品联合采购，产品生产企业或代理企业需要先在招采系统中报名，根据招采目录进行药品申报，药品表是中西药生产企业或代理企业提交的报名信息，包含企业基本信息和资质信息，企业可以对已报名的产品资料进行管理和维护。

The Provincial Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Procurement Center organizes joint procurement of pharmaceutical and medical device products in various forms. Manufacturers or authorized agents of the relevant products must first register through the procurement and bidding system, and conduct pharmaceutical declarations in accordance with the procurement and bidding catalog. The Pharmaceutical Product Declaration Form contains the registration information submitted by manufacturers or authorized agents of Chinese and Western pharmaceuticals, including basic enterprise information and qualification information. Enterprises are permitted to manage and maintain the product documentation for which they have already registered.
