Data for 'Hippocampal sharp-wave ripples correlate with periods of naturally occurring self-generated thoughts in humans'

Sharp-wave ripple event rate per 10 minutes of all subjects and mean cortical delta power every 10 minutes of 6 subjects. The data structure is day x time.glme_data.mat contains the data on thought sampling and SWR event rates prior to questionnaire responses used for the regression analysis with the mixed effects model.<br>
