Polyphenol combinations improve quercetin absorption and inhibit carbohydrate digestion while reducing glucose transport

For this study, in vitro work was performed to determine the ability of specific polyphenols (quercetin, kaempferol, isoquercetin) alone or in combination to inhibit a-amylase and a-glucosidase, saccharide and their bioavailability in caco-2 monolayers. This dataset contains the processed and raw data used for preperation of the manuscript. including; excel files with raw and processed data, and graphpad prisms files of the constructed figures.
