A turntable assembly is installed in the middle of a support base plate inside its frame. Along the circumferential direction of the turntable assembly, an inner ring feeding assembly, a cage feeding assembly, a ball placing device, a visual inspection and positioning assembly, an outer ring transfer assembly, and a finished product discharging assembly are sequentially arranged. The ball placing device is connected to a ball bin supply device. The input end of the outer ring transfer assembly is correspondingly connected to the outer ring feeding assembly, and a heating assembly is arranged on one side of the outer ring transfer assembly. The turntable assembly includes a turntable, on which a positioning fixture is set. The positioning fixture consists of a positioning mandrel fixed on the turntable and a floatingly liftable upper lifting plate. An assembly support plate is arranged on the upper side of the upper lifting plate. A mandrel assembly plate is provided at the upper end of the positioning mandrel, and the mandrel assembly plate is located in an opening of the assembly support plate. A mandrel positioning block, an inner ring bearing groove and a cage bearing platform are arranged on the mandrel assembly plate. This invention can realize automatic aligning and assembling of angular contact ball bearings, thereby improving production efficiency.
