We sought to better understand the kinetics of differentiation and the global transcriptomic programs of these labeled cells as they emerge over prolonged culture periods Overall design: We performed whole transcriptome microarray profiling of cells at various stages of RSC differentiation to proximal airway: undifferentiated cells (day 0), purified early lung progenitors (day 15 CD47hi), early airway progenitors (day 22), and SC+ and SC- late airway populations (day 36, Figure 3c, Supplementary File 1).
