Reproducibility data and analysis code for: Risk-Based Reclassification and Pathway-Specific Prognosis Under the 2026 Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Guideline in US Adults

This repository contains the reproducibility materials for the study ‘Risk-Based Reclassification and Pathway-Specific Prognosis Under the 2026 Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Guideline in US Adults’. The package includes versioned Python analysis code, derived-variable and survey-weight specifications, statistical model and missingness rules, PREVENT validation records, aggregate outputs, exact figure-source data, figure previews, software/session information, and SHA-256 integrity manifests. The contemporary analysis uses NHANES August 2021–August 2023 with the official fasting-subsample weight WTSAF2YR; linked mortality analyses use NHANES 1999–2018; historical cardiac biomarker and ankle-brachial index domains use separately weighted 1999–2004 components. Individual-level NHANES records are not redistributed. Public-use source data are available from the US National Center for Health Statistics and can be rebuilt using the included scripts and specifications.
