More than mesolectic: Characterizing the nutritional niche of Osmia cornifrons

The goal of examining this sequencing data was to identify which plants Osmia cornifrons were collecting for larval pollen provisions. We also assessed if bees collected from multiple plants within a single foraging trip. Samples are either washed from bees after a single foraging trip or sampled from complete pollen provisions collected from the nest.
