Atopic dermatitis is a chronic disease condition where patients suffer from skin inflammation, irritation, and severe itching in some patients. TRP channels have been shown to be involved in several skin conditions. In this study, we have used the mice model of atopic dermatitis to explore the therapeutic role of the TRP channel in atopic dermatitis.
