Fudan: IME1 level 0 sequencing file

This part is for one of our collections-Grape Yeast. It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al. 2025) . As a key regulator of meiosis, IME1 was integrated into the yeast genome via homologous recombination, leading to altered size and morphology in daughter cells (Smith et al.,1990) .
