Thermal biology traits of teiid lizard Kentropyx calcarata

Data were collected every year in dry season from 2014 to 2015 in Amazon biome and at transition between Amazonia/Cerrado biome. For each location (Pará, Amazonas, Amapá and Tocantins states), the next basic data were recorded on individuals of Kentropyx calcarata: date, location, time, sex, and body measurements and body mass. Also, we collected thermal preference, thermal limits, thermal performance data and operative temperatures. Data were used in study about geographic variation in thermal biology and extinction risks modeling. Also, are available data for others lizard species.
