Dataset of antigenic distance measures, hemagglutination inhibition, viral lung titers, and weight loss in mice and ferrets when exposed to HA-based vaccination or sub-lethal A(H1) influenza infection

This is a dataset containing the amino acid sequence substitution based antigenic measures for different A(H1) influenza virus pairs. For each virus pair the hemagglutination inhibition (HAI) titers after vaccination/initial exposure are included. After challenge, the viral lung titer and percent weight loss in mice are also included.
