This upload includes data associated with the manuscript "Beyond the nuclear border: single-cell analysis of in situ sequenced human brain tissue using cellular features," which is a manuscript we wrote investigating different segmentation approaches for the analysis of in situ sequencing spatial transcriptomics data using the 10X Genomics Xenium platform.
