Bessel Beam Two Photon Stalling Data

This dataset contains the following data used in the manuscript "High Throughput Detection of Capillary Stalling Events with Bessel Beam Two-Photon Microscopy":Imaging datasets and analyzed results for Young (4-8 months), Old (14 months) and 1 week (14 months) post photothrombotic stroke animals. Imaging data was analyzed using code from the BU Neurophotonics center github in order to produce the results files.Stalling Statistics for each of the Stalling Data datasets, calculated for a minimum stall duration from 2-5 framesCode used to generate and save these statistics, using the ###_Results.mat files from the Bessel Beam Two photon Stalling Statistics DataSFDI data taken at Baseline, Day 2 and Week 1 after photothrombotic stroke in two older (14 Months) mice used to determine the location of the stroke core
