Study of the satisfaction of the users with the service of summer pools in each summer season, through the analysis of the results obtained by conducting a survey to a sample of the users of these services in the Municipal Sports Centers chosen at random. The objective of this study is the analysis of the profile of the users of the services and to know their opinion, expectations, needs and satisfaction, through the realization of various questions related to the services offered. Likewise, the results obtained by each Center are extracted from the total of surveys to establish the global average valuation of each of the aspects to be analyzed. In this way, areas or actions that need improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the City of Madrid for 2019-2023: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient public management, participatory and transparent.

本数据集围绕各夏季市政泳池服务的用户满意度展开研究,通过对随机选取的市属体育中心泳池服务用户样本开展问卷调查,基于回收的调研结果进行分析。本研究的目标为剖析该类服务用户的群体画像,并通过围绕所提供服务设计的多组调研问题,了解用户的评价、期望、需求与满意度。同时,研究将从全部问卷的汇总数据中提取各体育中心的调研结果,以此计算各待分析维度的全局平均评分。借此可识别出亟需实施优化干预的领域或举措,以达成马德里市2019-2023年质量计划的总体目标:保障面向市民的公共服务质量并实现持续优化,提升市民满意度,同时构建更具实效性与高效性、兼具参与性与透明度的公共管理体系。
