Aluminium tolerance in Oryza glumaepatula revealed by RNAseq

This project is part of a research in aluminum tolerance of the wild rice species Oryza glumaepatula STEUD, a highly aluminum tolerant species from Central and South America. The main goal of the research is to find genes and pathways related with aluminum tolerance in the wild species using an RNAsequencing analysis approache, that can be used for rice breeding programs.
