Data from: Shifting spring ephemeral pollination windows under climate change - a three body problem

This dataset comprises phenology records extracted from herbarium specimens and research-grade iNaturalist observations for flowering of Claytonia virginica L. and occurrence of Andrena erigeniae Robertson, 1891 obtained from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), and canopy closure phenology at the collection/observation locations obtained from satellite remote sensing product, the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) Land Cover Dynamics (MCD12Q2 v061), generated by NASA at 500m sptatial resolution. The associated spatial data include latitude and elevation at each location and climate data derived from ClimateNA v7.4 and regions including Level III ecoregions defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for North America.
