Catenaria anguillulae isolate:Ca-30 Genome sequencing and assembly

Catenaria anguillulae, a blastocladian chytrid, is a facultative endoparasite of nematodes. It has almost all the attributes of an efficient biological control agent. It is ubiquitous in agricultural soils and shows varying degree of virulence against different plant-parasitic nematodes. Therefore, this project has been designed to study the whole genome and its organization for better understanding of its virulence against different plant-parasitic nematodes.
