Draft Genome of Parageobacillus thermoglucosidasius Isolated from a Fresh Water Lake Sediment, a Member of Hydrogenogenic Carbon Monoxide Utilizers.

Parageobacillus thermoglucosidasius is the facultatively anaerobic thermophile and possesses Carbon monoxide dehydrogenase and Hydrogenase for carbon monoxide oxidation and hydrogen production, respectively. In this study, we report a draft genome of P. thermoglucosidasius isolated from a fresh water sediment, expanding our knowledge on distribution of CO utilizers.
