Computation of cleavage and splicing products.

Described are the conditions to compute all products of a specific type (PCP, cis-normal PSP and –reverse PSP). The indices i, j, k and n are the amino acid positions of the product, e.g. PSPi-j,k-n, L is the length of the substrate, Lext is the minimal length of a PCP that can produce a PSP.
