This dataset contains stable hydrogen (δD) and oxygen (δ18O) isotope measurements of surface water samples collected from the Keriya River basin, Northwest China. Field sampling campaigns were conducted in July 2023, October 2023, and May 2024 to capture seasonal variability. Water samples were collected in the field following standard hydrological sampling procedures and subsequently analyzed in the laboratory to determine stable isotope compositions. The dataset provides the basis for evaluating seasonal variations and potential controlling mechanisms of surface water isotopes in the basin.
