We demonstrated that Pyk2 is a novel fear memory suppressor molecule and Pyk2 null mice provide a model for understanding fear-related disorders. Study for Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner used RNA-seq experiments of hippocampus from WT, Pyk2 KO and Pyk2 Y402F mutant.
本研究证实，脯氨酸酪氨酸激酶2（Pyk2）是一种新型恐惧记忆抑制分子，Pyk2基因全敲除小鼠可作为恐惧相关障碍研究的理想模型。本项探究Pyk2通过不依赖自身磷酸化途径抑制情境性恐惧记忆的研究，采用野生型（WT）、Pyk2敲除（KO）及Pyk2 Y402F突变体小鼠的海马组织开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
