Projeto_Dragagem_dataset

This repository contains the datasets and R scripts associated with the study "Dredging alters water quality and zooplankton composition without affecting diversity in a tropical urban reservoir." The dataset includes limnological variables, zooplankton community data, and processed data used in the statistical analyses. The repository also contains the R scripts used for data processing, statistical analyses, and figure generation. The study evaluated the effects of mechanical dredging on water quality and zooplankton community structure in a tropical urban reservoir located in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Brazil. The data are under embargo until publication of the associated manuscript. During the embargo period, the repository metadata remain publicly available, while access to the files is restricted.
