Investigating transcriptomic changes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae under predatory attack by Saccharomycopsis schoenii

Using RNA-seq analysis across defined stages of the predation cycle, this study investigated the transcriptomic responses of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to Saccharomycopsis schoenii attack. This study offers the first transcriptomic characterisation of prey responses to fungal predation by Saccharomycopsis species.
