TIGP Signature course, Ecology Master Class @ Taiwan; Zooplankton sample analyses collected in Green Island coral reefs

Zooplankton samples were collected at coral reefs of Green Island, Taiwan. Those samples were size fractioned into three ranges: 63 - 100, 100 - 200, 200 - 300 µm, and metatranscriptome analyses were performed to address the questions regarding benthic animal larval dispersal strategies.
