To analyze the effects of Cdh1 signaling on melanoma properties, we performed microarray analysis to identify genes induced by soluble Cdh1 in mouse melanoma cell line B16-F10. Overall design: B16-F10 cells were stimulated with recombinant Cdh1 for 24 hours and gene expression was analyzed in control and stimulated B16-F10 cells. Two independent sets (-/+ Cdh1) were analyzed.
