Supplementary Data - Development of prediction equations for immunoglobulin A, G, and M concentrations in mature milk from Holstein cows using milk infrared spectral data

This study evaluates the potential of Fourier-transform infrared spectral data of 1,633 milk samples from Holstein cows to develop a prediction equation for the quantification of immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, and IgM) concentrations in mature milk. The study also assesses the practical feasibility of the predicted immunoglobulin concentrations.
