Replication Data for: The Many Shades of Impact Assessments - An analysis of data protection by design in the case law of national supervisory authorities

This dataset contains the raw materials that served as the basis for the case law review conducted in the context of the corresponding paper. More specifically, it contains the metadata of the 177 decisions analysed, their full text in both original and translated version, as well the output of the review process structured around the three components of data protection by design. The methodology, content and form of the case law review are detailed in the README.txt file, which is formatted in Markdown and can be visualised using any Markdown editor such as MarkText or StackEdit.
