GWAS summary statistics

We are releasing the summary data from our genome-wide analyses of obstructive sleep apnea, in order to enable researchers to replicate our results and to conduct follow-up research. The files include p-values and direction of effect at the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) analyzed. Please refer to our data release site (http://analysis.bio-x.cn/gwas/) at the current stage.
