Parkes observations for project P140 semester 2006OCTS

It is the aim of this proposal to investigate the theoretical limits of pulsar timing.\nThis term, we are reducing the number of sources from 13 to 3 and increasing\nour integration times. By maintaining our monthly observations we will be\nsensitive to long-term variations, and an intensive month-long campaign will\nhelp determine if millisecond pulsars can be integrated down to ~10ns errors\nwith the Parkes radio telescope. Such errors would permit very stringent limits on a cosmological background of gravitational waves with existing instrumentation \nprior to the construction of the SKA.
