BD-L-TC 2000

It is a topo-cartographic database of the whole territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The BD-L-TC data (version 2000) are structured into 10 themes: — road communication lanes railways and energy transport — administrative limits — hydrography — Miscellaneous buildings and equipment — vegetation — orography — altimetery — geodesy — toponymy Each theme is subdivided into several object classes of point, linear and surface type corresponding to a layer. Some object classes are characterised by one or more attributes, for example:nature, classification, toponyms etc. The BD-L-TC data are made by photogrammetric reproduction, followed by a complete field run.
