Data underlying the publication: A Compact Low-Power Cryo-CMOS Readout with Active Quenching for Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors

This dataset contains the svg files used to generate the figures of the paper and the results of the measurements of the cryo-CMOS readout for SNSPD together with the codes used to elaborate the data in terms of waveforms and count rate. Waveforms are collected by downloading them directly from the oscilloscope, while the count rate and dark count rate data are obtained by averaging the number of output pulses per second in a long integration time. The format of the data is .csv and the code are written in python.
