Each strain is annotated separately using transcripts assembled using Cufflinks, based on RNA-seq data. The predicted genes are deposited as a GFF file, a fasta file with predicted transcipts and a fasta file with predicted proteins. The GFF file was created using the de novo assemblies also found in the following Figshare dataset:
