L1000 Drug-level Consensus Expression Profiles

In this fileset we provide our processed forms of the LINCS L1000 data. Starting with signature-level expression data from the L1000 project, we employ our pipeline (https://github.com/LABrueggs/L1000/blob/78855427cbf62b92640f1e48f8ec08bd9ee9ff18/python_notebooks/GCT_pipeline.ipynb) to condense this information to consensus drug-level signatures. These drug-level consensus signatures are provided in two drug vocabularies: LINCS perturbagens and DrugBank compounds.
