Dataset for the doctoral thesis Synthetic Indicator for Assessing the Integration of Palliative Care into the Colombian Health System

This dataset contains the supplementary materials, indicator matrices, and analytical outputs associated with the doctoral thesis “Synthetic Indicator for Assessing the Integration of Palliative Care into the Colombian Health System”.
It includes Delphi-based expert evaluation data, Self-Organizing Map (SOM) results, and the normalized indicators used to construct the Synthetic Index of Palliative Care Integration (SIPCI).
All data are anonymized and derived from aggregated institutional or expert sources. The repository also includes methodological appendices, supporting questionnaires, and validation outputs used for reproducibility and transparency of the SIPCI index construction.
