Evaluating China’s Carbon Neutrality Capacity A Comprehensive Spatiotemporal Analysis within the SDGs Framework

This study evaluates China’s Carbon Neutrality Capacity (CNC) and its spatiotemporal evolution within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Using an improved entropy-weighted TOPSIS method, the CNC of China and its two sub-dimensions—carbon reduction capacity and carbon removal capacity—were comprehensively measured from 2011 to 2022.
