Boulder County Parks and Open Space - All Closures (Offline)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset splits the BCPOS property closures into these categories: Agriculture Conservation Easement Contract Agreement Management Review Public Safety Wildlife/Vegetation This dataset also splits the BCPOS property closures into three duration categories: Permanent, Indefinite, or Temporary. These closure durations are dedicated and approved by BOCC depending upon the event and process when the closure was designated. Permanent Closure - Defined as a closure that was part of a public process that approved a property acquisition, management plan, policy, agreement or Community Planning or Permitting review. Indefinite Closure - Defined as a closure lasting for an unknown or unstated length of time that has not yet been determined to be permanent or temporary. Temporary Closure - Defined as a temporary closure that lasts until a management plan is complete, a safety hazard is mitigated, or restoration is complete. Duration is typically less than five years, unless it’s under an option agreement or other type of contractual agreement that specifies a longer duration. Note: Closures that are unexpectedly designated as temporary by the Directory of Parks and Open Space, and that are expected to last less than four weeks, are not updated in GIS.
