收藏资源简介:
Dried lichen samples, provided by the Institute of Botany after A. Takhtajyan, were hyperspectrally imaged under several UV wavelengths, to form multi-excitation or 4D hyperspectral images. Nuance FX Imaging System (N-MSI-FX, CRi, Woburn, MA, USA) coupled with Nikon macro lens (AF Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8D) and 425 nm long-pass filter (TECHSPEC #84-748, Edmund Optics) was used for data acquisition, and WheeLED wavelength-switchable LED source (WLS-23-A, Mightex Systems) coupled with liquid light guide (77554, Newport Corporation) via a focusing lens and 425 nm short-pass filter (TECHSPEC #84-703, Edmund Optics) was used for illuminating the samples. Biological samples information: Samples_Palette1_wl_1.png Samples_Palette2_wl_1.png Metadata_Tissues_NonAnimal.csv Imaging information: Metadata_HSI.csv Pixel size can be determined using Scale.jpg, which is a ruler imaged at the same distance from the camera as biological samples.
