Whole genome sequencing of CRISPR-Cas9 engineered HBLAK cells to knock out enzymatic functions of APOBEC3A and APOBEC3B. HBLAK cells were engineered by Synthego with three gRNAs targeting the conserved catalytic domains between APOBEC3A and APOBEC3B. Successful engineering was initially confirmed by PCR. Targeted and non-targeting control (NTC) cells were subcloned by dilution and expanded. DNA from these cells and parental HBLAKs were submitted for whole genome sequencing by Illumina NovaSeq 6000 to identify all genomic differences between cell lines.
