<strong>Dataset abstract</strong> Nutrient concentrations (µmol/L): NOx, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium (NH<sub>4</sub>), phosphate (PO<sub>4</sub>) and silicic acid (Si), were measured in samples of seawater. Samples were collected from CTD and trace metal rosette deployments, as well as from the underway water supply on board, then analysed by flow injection following certified standards.
