BRIGHT is a globally distributed multimodal building damage assessment dataset with very-high-resolution for all-weather disaster response. The dataset includes optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images from various events, with most optical images following the CC-BY-NC-4.0 license and SAR images following the CC-BY-4.0 license.
