Enterococcus faecalis Genome sequencing and assembly. Enterococcus faecalis

The overall aim of this study is focused on the sequencing and subsequent analysis of 6 E. faecalis genomes. Furthermore, the present study intends to provide novel insights into the characterization, metabolism and diversity of these strains, proposing findings to their environmental conditions and also, enlarge the knowledge in the Enterococci genus.
