Study of Satisfaction of the Users of the Podology Service

The objective of the study is to know the degree of satisfaction of the users with the Podology Service that is provided in the Municipal Centers of Elderly, as well as to receive their suggestions, in order to establish an improvement plan. Aspects of the service related to the organisation, provision, team of professionals and general assessment, among others, are explored. In this service the elderly find solution to their podiary problems at an affordable price, facilitating mobility in their daily lives, the realisation of exercise and the prevention of injuries, among other benefits. It works from Monday to Friday by appointment, and all the members of any of the Municipal Older Centers can attend.
