This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Scientific recognition aligns differently with cumulative and single-paper citation measures under alternative coauthorship credit rules.”The repository contains standardized scientific-recognition source registries and derived analytical results used to evaluate the alignment of alternative bibliometric rankings with major scientific prizes and academy recognition. It includes the field-specific and pooled recognition-registry specifications, reported ranking scan depths, recognition match rates, pairwise proportion-test results, and permutation-test results reported in the manuscript and Supplementary Information.The underlying large-scale bibliometric source data used to construct the citation- and h-index-based ranking frames are not redistributed because they originate from licensed Web of Science/InCites data. The deposited files therefore provide standardized recognition data and derived analytical outputs rather than the proprietary source records.The README and data dictionary describe the contents, variables, provenance, and reuse limitations of the deposited files.
