Effect of storage condition on fungal community in Crataegi Fructus

Herb is susceptible to fungal contamination during storage under unproper condition, which affects its quality and safety. Among all factors, storage time and temperature were two crucial factors that influence the fungal contamination. In this study, we evaluated the effect of these two factors on the dynamics of fungal community in Crataegi Fructus, which is a common medicinal and edible herb globally.
